How it works
Reserve a Mini for 3+ days on the calendar. Nothing new to do — this is the normal rental flow.
During the rental you'll see a "Keep this unit?" card in your dashboard the day before return. Tap it if you want to buy.
You get an email with the exact price after your rental credit. Pay by invoice — no new hardware ships; you already have it.
Account transfer to your Starlink login, obstruction scan, 30 days of setup support. Done.
FAQ
No. We're an independent rental service. When you buy from us, you're buying a used unit we own outright — the same one you've been renting. We restock replacements from Starlink Canada.
Standard rental deposit rules apply first. If damage exceeds normal wear, you can still buy the unit at a discount reflecting the damage — we'll quote fairly.
14 days from the day you return the unit. After that, we cycle it back into the rental fleet.
Yes. Concierge includes transferring the terminal to your own Starlink login and Roam plan.
